I have been using Norcross Transmissions for many years. I have found them to be very honest and easy to work with. I just took my truck by because it was shifting rough. Jim tested it and said it has a defective transmission. Ford has a technical service bulletin out that covers the problem. I told Jim the truck was out of warranty. He sent me a copy of the bulletin. He recommended contacting Gwinnett Place Ford, give them the TSB number and ask them if there is anything they could do. I did contact them and they said they would take care of it. Jim did not even charge me anything for testing it. He was more concerned about helping a client than making a repair. That is the reason they have been in business so long. I will recommend them to anyone looking for an honest repair shop. Thanks again Jim.

I highly recommend Norcross Transmission. I had an serious issue with my Tahoe transmission and after Jim and his staff found it needed a full replacement I was given multiple options available to me with no pressure on what option to pick but guidance on each for the replacement. After the replacement my car runs perfectly and very happy with the results. Thank you for providing such great service.
