I had a suspected flat tire. Arrived at about 6:30pm. I explained to the person working. I speak Spanish so it was not a language barrier issue. The guy was super rude. He was busy with a pick up truck. He offered to fill up the tire only, or 45 minutes wait (very nasty way). I said thank you and looked up for another place up the road on Buford Hwy. I understand it was late and annoyed, but it is not reason to be rude and nasty.

I pulled to ask for a plug for my tire because I had a nail and a worker directed me to Oliver “the Tire guy“. Oliver told me there were a few people ahead of me, so I waited until he finally got to me and he started taking my tire off to check it and then he put a new tire on when I asked him how much he said the service was $63. I asked him why a plug cost $63 and he told me that I asked for a new tire. I did not ask for a new tire at All, and Oliver proceeded to argue with me and put words in my mouth saying that I did. The service was very horrible and I ended up having to pay for a new tire that I didn’t ask for I would not come back. The service was absolutely trash. And I don’t care to receive a fake Google response showing fake concern for me as a customer when Oliver did not show any concern.

Be aware of Alfredo. I took my vehicle in to have the brakes replaced. The shop claimed the job was done, charged me for it, and sent me & my three year old daughter on our way. However, after noticing continued issues, I bought it back into Alfredo and he did a test drive. He Claimed that the brakes are good & there is nothing wrong with it. Still having the same issue, I had another mechanic inspect the car—only to discover that my brakes had not been replaced at all. Not only is this dishonest, but it also put my family safety at serious risk. I have a three year old daughter & I thank God that he kept us protected. When you trust a shop to handle essential repairs like brakes, you expect honesty, integrity, and professionalism. Unfortunately, I received none of those here. I cannot recommend this place to anyone looking for trustworthy service. Be cautious and always double-check their work.
