OK so.. let me share this experience .. 1. From South Carolina and passing through to Newnan GA to meet my niece to pass my sis to her to go heal from surgery. We were meeting half way! 2. Sister has a neck brace due to neck surgery, cant walk climb good and still weak! 3. Flat tire and towed to this shop never meeting or even ever hearing of this place. Tow truck guy suggested them so off we went after pushing my 71 yr old sister up in a huge rollback, with her new rods and pins and screws in her neck with the brace still on. 4. Had to ask.. if they have a tire. Yes they did, so unload the car to be fixed. Once up in the shop. Had to get my sis back out of this huge tow truck! 5. These guys.. these loveable guys.. CARRIED MY SISTER OUT OF THIS TRUCK FOR FEAR SHE WOULD FALL! HELD ON TO HER TO WALK AND SAT HER IN THE WAITING ROOM. THEN DROVE MY CAR TO THE DOOR.. CLOSE AS HE COULD GET FOR HER! Made sure we didn't need anything else and sent us on our way! I hugged them before leaving.. You guys were a life saver! Can't thank you enough! And if yall ever in Gaffney SC.. YOU GOT 2 NEW FRIENDS!

Long story short, was stuck on the left shoulder of 85 with a passenger side flat. Stripped lugnut where myself or HERO couldn't get it off. Got to JB Tire and they were amazing. They had some trouble getting it off but after a few tries they got it and put a new tire on. I give the shop 5* for their quick attention to the problem and very professional compared to other shops ive been too. Thank you JB Tire

View on GoogleDon’t come here for an alignment. My steering wheel was good but just needed a little realignment. And once I got it back my steering wheel was upside down. I ask them about. They didn’t do anything about because it wasn’t on warranty. They refunded the alignment. With just a days my tires have gone bad. And now I have an upside down steering wheel. Don’t come here for your alignment because they will not care to fix their mistake.

Last time they forgot to reset the maintenance light and i couldnt pass emissions until Cornerstone did diagnostics and reset it. $60 charge! Went back Sat for an oil change and showed the receipt to the attendant and he told me "they scammed you!" Price always under $40 and the sign inside says that as well. My bill was $53.32...I asked why that is synthetic and I use regular. He said the prices went up, yet the sign clearly shows regular oil change price. He said that's an old sign. I told him "I think YOU scammed me!" Paid, left, never to return.
