I had a great experience with J & M Auto Center. The team was professional, honest and took the time to explain the repairs needed for my vehicle. They completed the work in a timely manner and kept me informed throughout the process. What stood out most was their excellent customer service and attention to detail. It's not always easy to find trustworthy auto repair shop. They exceeded my expectations.
View on GoogleMy wife & I have always been a one car family, so over the years I've hired a number of mobile mechanics. Recently I made a big mistake by hiring one to do a suspension job. Long story short, the guy was in way over his head and left my poor chariot creaking & squeaking - and left me kicking myself for hiring the guy. So where to turn? First I tried Mavis, but they couldn't figure out the problems & recommended that I try a full-service repair shop. I'd never used J&M, but they're close to my home and the positive Google reviews were encouraging, so I gave them a try. Wow, am I glad I did! Jose & crew quickly identified & fixed the problems - no more creaking, no more squeaking, no more kicking myself - and the cost was super reasonable. Moral of the story? Skip the mobile mechanics & rely on a capable shop like J&M which, by the way, is now my trusted, go-to mechanic.

I live almost 2 hours away and was in town, and my vehicle started to consistently over heat, and I was stuck, unable to make it home at all. Conveniently I had pulled over only a mile away from this shop, and managed to make it there. When i arrived i explained my situation, and was told they were busy and it might not be done until the next day, but they quickly reconsidered and prioritized my safety to get back home since i lived so far away and had no other options. I was there from 2:30pm to 6pm (closing), and they worked the entire time to figure out my vehicles problem the best they could. (If you’re considering buying a 2000’s year Chevrolet Tracker, dont… its not worth the headache) They were also very nice about the amount $ they charged me for their 3 1/2 hours of work, it was VERY reasonable. Its hard to find good mechanic shops these days, if anyone knows, its me at this point. And this shop that i randomly stumbled into, really did become my saving grace. I was able to make it home. Thank you so much to the J & M team.
