These guys are the best!! Being a young woman, I always feel so uncomfortable going to mechanics because I feel like they are always trying to take advantage of me. The guys at Full Line Auto have never made me feel that way. The guys at the desk are so kind and hilarious. They’ve done a great job on every service I’ve received from them and the prices are more than fair. They didn’t even charge me to pin up my engine cover. I even moved recently and I still go to them because they are that good. Thank y’all so much!!!

I highly recommend this mechanic shop , I usually take my vehicle only to the authorized dealer to avoid dealing with headaches. Let me tell you the shop right here they treat you like you matter they give you a great prices and make sure they leave your vehicle ready to go. I took my Ford raptor to get serviced . They were communicative with each step and explained to me what needed to happen and why. Did my own research and it was accurate information.

This place is absolutely a gold standard place and I cannot recommend them more. Super clean, great waiting area and great people working there. From the guys working the desk to the techs I encountered in the service area, everyone was top tier. I was on a time restriction and had to go through my Carmax warranty and they had A LOT of work to do. I have a 2019 Ram and it was running a little hot. They got me in, diagnosed the issue and worked hand in hand with Carmax warranty to get everything covered. I only had to come out of pocket for my deductible. They will now be my go to auto shop for vehicle repairs. My truck and wife’s car both have the maxcare extended warranty from Carmax and these guys know how to work with them. If you use a warranty service then come here. If you’re paying out of pocket then come here because they are fair and up front. ***I will say be careful when you’re coming to the shop, Norcross police are super strict, they don’t play and they love giving tickets. So come here. BUT just follow all the rules of the road and keep an eye out.

100% not recommended. I brought my Jeep in with four engine codes for a diagnostic. A few hours later, they called and said they found the issue affecting the engine and recommended a repair costing over $750 for the part and service, which I approved and paid for. After that, they then requested an additional $1,000 to continue the diagnostic process. When I picked up my vehicle after paying the $750, my Jeep was actually in worse condition than when I brought it in — and now it has SIX engine codes instead of four. So $750 dollars and not even one engine code cleared! Clearly changed a $500 unnecessary part! No complete diagnostic was ever done! And tried to tell me the diagnostic was just to check the codes and not a full vehicle inspection for $130! Ripoff! I returned to address the issue, and the level of concern or accountability was extremely disappointing. I genuinely feel taken advantage of and ripped off. My vehicle is now performing worse than before I brought it in, and no reasonable explanation or resolution was provided. Completely unacceptable experience.
