Long story short, I got a new car through Carvana and there were some issues that only became evident to me after my 7 day return period. I brought it to Franky for an inspection and it quickly became evident that it was gonna be a long process to get me dealt with. 3 months later (which was in no way a fault of Franky's) I am finally squared away with Carvana, but throughout that process Franky displayed a huge amount of professionalism and care when working with me or on my behalf. I am a believer that being a good person usually bleeds into having good business practices, and Franky exemplifies that. If you are looking for someone that you can trust to do the right thing with your vehicle, this shop will probably be up your alley.

Frankie and his team deserve way more than five stars. I have trust issues dealing with other mechanics, but when I tell you everything was explained from start to finish it definitely was. You can trust these guys and I whole mean this. Not only are they fast but extremely thorough and there prices can't be beat . Literally my go to mechanic going forward. Thanks again guys.!!!

Franky's Real Auto is an incredible gem! After searching online for someone I felt that I could trust, I took a chance when I found Franky's, despite the distance we traveled from where we live. Well worth it! Franky's not only found the problem with my mom's car, they had the solution! We had previously taken the car to the dealership multiple times for them to figure out what the problem was, but left unsatisfied because they told us nothing's wrong with the car...each time. Franky was so genuine and kind. They have the best customer service both over the phone and in person and the technician is great!

Great shop! I usually go to another auto body shop, but they were booked up until the end of the week. I really needed my headlights replaced quick, seeing that I drive at night. Brad really took the time out to install my headlights correctly and realigned my front bumper to do so. Franky also educated me on problems that could arise with my model car, which I thoroughly appreciated as well. I will definitely be coming back for more auto body work in the future.
