This place came highly recommended by my shop, but honestly they were the worse to deal with. Before writing bad review I always give businesses a chance to make it right but I guess they just don’t care about their clients enough. If there was the option for 0 stars that’s exactly what i would give them! I had my car towed here from my mechanic in Suwanee that had already headers installed, and I also brought them a BRAND NEW Catback exhaust system for my 1990 325i. I specifically told them I wanted them to build a custom midsection where the whole system would be a bolt on and I specified that I did NOT want anything just welded. They quoted me $840 initially for everything including a high flow cat but then they recommended to replace it with a resonator instead I agreed. I was told that we were missing the flanges from the midsection to make it a bolt on to the catback so I told DANIEL that I would go back to the Suwanee shop to bring the flanges needed to complete the job. As I’m heading back he called and told me not to worry about them and that they were doing something else and he also mention that hr was going to put a USED bmw resonator instead of a NEW aftermarket since that’s what he recommended. I said ok as long as I get what I wanted which was a bolt on system. Yet I still drove there with the flanges and talked to him and mentioned once again that I did not want anything welded and to use V Band Flanges instead by the headers.He said it would be another $140 to add V band flanges which I did not hesitate and gave them the ok. So now we are at $980 plus taxes for a midsection, used resonator, and from what I assumed V Band Flanges in 2 sections, on the headers and CATBACK. When I came to pick up my car what did I get? A Welded catback with No V Bands flanges, a rough looking used Y pipe and clamp,and the V band flanges only on the header section. All for $1000 (see the receipt attached) which I didn’t notice at the time since the car was already parked up front and not on the lift. I took my vehicle back my mechanic in Suwannee for them to install the oxygen sensor and that’s when we were surprised about the type of work that was done for the price. I called back the same day and spoke with the Allan, and explained what happened and was told to call back Monday and deal with Daniel. I called Monday and spoke with Daniel, went over everything again and after multiple attempts to get them to correct the issue, even offering to split the cost to add the V clamps in the catback to correct the issue, I was told this was a miscommunication on my end, and there is nothing they can do. Honestly money was never the issue, as long as I was getting what I paid for. As a business owner myself, I will always try to work with my clients specially if they are willing to split the cost of a mistake or miscommunication, but I guess this is what we have to deal with the New generation of business owners. I was going to speak highly of them at every car event, as I like to support local businesses like I do with my bodyshop and mechanic, but I will not be recommending this place going forward. Attached are the pictures of the so called “quality” work they do. UPDATE to REPLY: Upsetting is not getting the quality that I paid for. I explained the whole story in details, and attached proof (pictures) to go along with it, and after multiple attempts on my behalf to solve the issue, there were 0 attempts on your end to rectify the problem, and the best response I get is to be called a liar and say I’m twisting the narrative.Again 0 complaints about the sound and the V bands on the headers, my complain is about the used parts when I paid for new ones (y pipe and clamp) and not getting what I specifically asked, a bolt on Catback and not a welded one. Years of experience and quality work is what brought me to your shop initially but that’s not what I got, and I’ll let whoever is reading this be the judge of that. I hope you guys can do better in the future and not let the bad customer service ruin years of good reputation 👍

Was searching for someone who specializes in installing exhaust last minute and found this place. Called early morning and they said I could bring the GT in same day. Alan and his family was very nice and they know their stuff. They installed a new borla atak catback exhaust very swiftly. Very affordable shop as well I highly recommend! If you need exhaust work, stop searching and just head to EPM. After seeing their stellar reviews online, I decided to give them a shot, and they exceeded every expectation. Despite being busy, they had my car on the lift within 5 minutes of my arrival. The team is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. I’ve already been back three times—first for a muffler delete, then for quad tips, and finally for a resonator delete. I’m very protective of my car, but EPM has earned my full trust. They are the only shop I’ll recommend from now on.

Very professional,knowledgeable, and quick service. I came in a week prior to let them see exactly what they had to work on and get a quote. Came back the next week to get a resonator and exhaust tip put on (All in house I didnt have to bring in any parts) and they had me out within an hour! These guys provided me with exactly what I wanted for my 2013 Scion FRS amd I would recommend them to anyone needing to get their exhaust fixed or a custom exhaust! Thank yall for the great work!

Took my GT350 in for an exhaust rework due to inconsistent sounds, rattling, exhaust leak, and other messes. They inspected it, provided a quote, and completed the work in about an hour and a half. The midpipe was slowly cracking and poorly fitted, so they cut and rewelded it as needed—all at a reasonable price. All the issues listed above were all fixed! Highly recommended!
