I'm a bottom line person when it comes to repairs on my car and I don't like to be pressured or scammed. What I absolutely like about Ernest is that when I told him what I needed done and what the dealership service said it would cost; he told me what I actually needed done to my car and what it would cost. He was very front, he kept me informed, and told me what I would need for the service. If you really want a great mechanic that's honest; Ernest is your man. Thank you Ernest for great service.

I chose Ernest Automotive based on google reviews about 4 years ago. I needed a brake job for my Kia, and the google reviews were 5.0. What mechanic shop gets a 5.0?!? Fast forward to this year, on March 21st, I needed rear brakes and rotors for my 2019 Santa Fe. So i thought, "Yeah, take it back to Ernest. Only when I Googled to get his phone number all those reviews were gone, but all the Yelp ones were still there. I had all the parts with me, called Ernest, and he said sure, bring it on in. What I didn't realize is that I would receive a call in an hour letting me know my car was ready. Not only was he quick, but his prices were outstanding. He is an honest, kind mechanic who actually cares about his customers. If you are like me and base where you go on reviews, dig deep. Don't always go with the first search engine reviews. I can't recommend Ernest enough!!!
