I used this shop for 15+ years now I will never set foot in it again. The mechanics are not honest and over charge you. I requested an oil leak fixed and paid $400 for the work I was advised needed to make it stop. The car was still leaking however so I took it back and was told I need to pay another $350 to which did not make sense to me so I left. The owner knew I was coming because I called but he pawned me of to the disrespectful office manager- didn’t even call or ask what happened. But here is the kicker… I went to the dealership cause it was still leaking and found out it was due to the oil filter not being tightly secured!!! That’s it the only reason it was leaking oil!! They really tried get over!!! Never will I recommend and send my family, friends, and neighbors here like I once did. Go some where else that is honest and reliable… also like in other reviews my car was also driven home by a mechanic to John’s creek!!

I paid $100 for a diagnostic and was told there was an 80% chance my fuel pump was failing, with a quote provided. A few weeks later, the car would not start and had to be towed to this shop. Despite advance notice and follow-up calls, communication was minimal to nonexistent. I was eventually told “nothing was wrong,” with no explanation reconciling that with the prior diagnosis or the no-start condition. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, I found the mechanic and his wife using my car for PERSONAL ERRANDS. I have a photo documenting this. When confronted, the mechanic became verbally aggressive, yelled at me, and told me not to return. Unprofessional, inappropriate, and unacceptable handling of a customer’s vehicle. I would not recommend this shop.

And today I went in for an oil change as they were changing it the owner came out and said that he didn't what me there no more and I was surprised because I had always gone there. So I asked why and he told me that they had charged me 25 dollars the other day and it was supposed to be 45 dollars. I didn't know. I was willing to pay the money but he didn't let me talk and just told me to get out. For disclaimer I did not know I was supposed to pay 45 dollars and this was a couple days ago and they were just telling me today. So I was surprised because this was not my fault. If they messed up on the charging then they had no right to be mad at me because I was also willing to pay. Never going back do not recommend.
