I don’t usually leave reviews, but I need to warn anyone considering Christian Brothers Automotive in Norcross. About 3 years ago, I brought my car in because it was producing excessive white smoke. I chose this shop because of their high rating, but my experience was completely disappointing. They charged me $100 just for a diagnosis and basically told me, “this might be the issue, but we won’t know until it’s fixed.” When I came to pick up my car, it was still smoking, louder than before, and the J-pipe had been removed and never reinstalled. The repair didn’t fix the real problem, and I was quoted $3,000 for work that ultimately did nothing. To make matters worse, my car was stolen the following month, and it was still in a compromised state because the engine issue was never addressed. Lack of proper diagnosis, incomplete work, and careless handling. I trusted the reviews — I regret it. I would not recommend Christian Brothers Automotive Norcross to anyone.

I would highly recommend Christian Brothers Automotive to anyone who needs to have their car serviced. They are kind, fast and professional. Their facility is nice and clean and I was very impressed with the service I received. Everyone that I spoke to from the initial phone call to when my service was completed was so friendly and caring. They showed genuine care for all their customer. Their prices are very reasonable. The place I usually go wanted to charge me double the price I paid with Christian Brothers Automotive. They made sure to explain everything to me before they started working on my car and I am highly satisfied with the work that was done. I will definetly take my car to Christian Brothers whenever it needs to be serviced. Their customer service is top notch!! I never thought you could have such a positive experience with an automotive shop but I experienced it with Christian Brothers Automotive. If you have not tried them already give them a chance you will not be disappointed.

They took my car at the last minute for overnight, very accommodating. My car was finished the next day at a very reasonable time. The staff are super nice people and the price was within my budget. Christians Brothers are my new go to, by passing dealership. I’ll recommend them to everyone that I know.

Our Guardian Angels My mother and I were traveling to Norcross Ga and then on to Arkansas for a HS graduation. In Atlanta traffic the car acted up. Since we were planning on traveling another 8 + hours we wanted to get it checked out. Christian Bros was able to see us right away. They listened to the issues we had and went straight to checking out the car. They took me on a test drive to see if i heard the noise again. When they were done with diagnosing the car we met together. They went over all of their findings. Had pictures of the issues. We got a good picture of the issues. I asked for their opinion on continuing our journey to Arkansas with all the issues they found. They treated us like their family and suggested us not driving the car that far in its condition. There were so many repairs needed and the car is older they suggested taking it home and putting that money into a newer car. We left sad thinking we would not be able to complete our journey. The next morning Christian Bros called to check on us. I told them we were going to rent a car to travel to Arkansas. They graciously offered to let us park our car at their shop while we were gone. It was comforting to know we had a safe place to keep the car. We picked up the rental and dropped off our car at Christian Bros, they came out and talked to us and were happy we would be able to safely continue our trip. We felt like part of their family. We made it back to Florida safely. We cannot thank our guardian angels enough for the help and support they gave to us. We have never had such an amazing experience with an automotive shop. Christian Brothers did an Amazing job on my vehicle. Thorough explanations of the issue my car had and how they would repair it. Great Prices. Friendly staff that offered great customer service. Fast service with periodic updates during repair. And even a shuttle service to get you to and from while my vehicle was being worked on. And my car runs great now! What more can I say!
