I came to this dealership, checked the car, and clearly told them I’d come back tomorrow with cash to buy it. They said yes Instead of keeping your word or even informing me, they sold it the same day to someone else. That’s extremely unprofessional and shows you don’t value your customers or your own commitments.

View on GoogleRoxana and Carla were very thorough in their approach to explaining the process for replacing my bumper which was very damaged. They had me bring in the car. Showed me the parts and labor quote and we agreed to do business. Once the parts arrived, I brought the car in again and they began working on replacing the bumper, grille, fog light cover, and one more part as well as the bottom engine cover. The work took less than 2 days and when the paint job was done, lets say I was quite satisfied. It looked like new! Roxana takes good care of her technician and clients. I would highly recommend this shop because of my interactions with her and Carla. 10/10 I am recommending to anyone who comes here.
