I contacted this business for a quote on replacing oil filter housing on a 2020 Mercedes A220. The woman that answered the phone quoted 2700-2800. I said wow that’s more than the dealership. To which she responded, “well I guess you better go back to the dealership”. I was not rude at all and don’t feel I needed to be talked to that way. The business had great reviews, but her attitude was terrible! REVIEW EDIT: The owner of the business Ray contacted me and said everything was a misunderstanding and the person that answered the phone gave misinformation. He ended up fixing my car for 1/2 of what the dealership charged.

Where do I begin…. Oh yea the beginning.. I brought my 2012 Range Rover HSE in for a timing chain, radiator, water pump, spark plugs pretty much the whole nine. From the moment the wrecker dropped the truck off till the moment I picked the truck back up every one communicated with every step of the way. From sending me photos & videos of the progress to phone calls & text messages about when the truck would be ready. Now to Ms. Shah… it’s always comforting when someone comforts you during a time of crisis. She’s a true gem. Definitely ask for her when you go. Long story short if anything goes wrong with my truck ever again I will definitely be bringing it to BMI Luxury Auto.

DONT GO TO BMI YOU'VE BEEN WARNED! I DROPPED MY CAR OF 12 14 2025 didn't get it back until 1-8 2026 it was doing the same thing it was doing B4 I dropped it off I was charged 950$ for a tune up they took my $ i took it to a Benz specialist & the said it was a relay cranks every x NOW..... The only reason I gave you a 1 is because I can't post it without rating you if i could I would REMEMBER I TOLD YOU IF THEY DELETE THIS I'LL JUST REWRITE IT !

Not sure why bunch of not so smart haters who look like they’re all together and most of them are from the same country. Have all decided to leave a negative review on the same date😂. Super smart guys! LOL. I personally took my Maserati, GT to this place for service, and to replace the AC compressor and belts, after Maserati dealer gave me a crazy coat. BMI luxury serviced my car adjust two days for less than half of what the dealer was asking for. They also replaced my steering wheel with a carbon fiber one (picture attached) for a very reasonable price. The service and people are very professional and reliable. I would definitely recommend.
