I had my car towed there on 11/3/25 for diagnostic and on 11/5/25 and was told by Miguel that my shift module needed to be replaced, he tried to charge me 1900 and I told him it was too much, he then discounted it to 1698, on 11/14/25 received a call that my car was ready picked it up the same day, on 11/16/25 while driving a message kept popping up on my dash saying “service shifter” the same part that was replaced, went back to the shop, Miquel told me it’s ok the car won’t shut down on you just drive it for 3 weeks and if it keeps saying that I’ll reprogram it! No sir! Left message popped up again 3 times in 30 minutes while driving but he tells me he drive the car and that there’s nothing wrong with the car. Why would you take someone’s money to fix a problem and when the problem still exist you want me to disregard it & blame it on something else that has nothing to do with the problem! Took the car back again on 11/21/25 and Miguel asks me can you bring it back tomorrow and I said no I’ll leave it now, the next day was Saturday and they open till 2, waiting on call about my car, no call, called 11/24/25 and he didn’t come to work, called back 11/25/25 he’s no avail but called me back and said the holidays are coming up you can come get your car and I said did you fix it he says no there’s nothing wrong with it, I drove it for a while and I there’s no code nor did he see the “service shifter” message, the same issue he just so called fixed that’s constantly keeping popping up on my dash! He’s lied about driving it because the miles are the dame as when I bought it in as well as the gas level! He won’t allow me talk to the mechanic that fixed my car because he claims he don’t speak english! Miguel is fast talker and does not tell the truth! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS SHOP THEY ARE RIP OFF! I now have to take my car elsewhere to get fixed after giving S&M auto $1698.80, Multiple calls & visits and Miquel will not fix my car as promised & then wanna call me racist because I told him I wanna speak to the mechanic that fixed me car but he insists that he don’t speak English and I told him I know he does because he was speaking it till I start asking about my cars! He do not allow his mechanics to speak to people about their cars and they are the ones who do most of the work. This place needs to be shut down! We do not need a business in our neighborhood that rips hardworking people off!

This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a mechanic shop. I brought my car in to fix engine misfires and to check if a specific part needed replacing. After looking at it, I was told the car needed a carbon cleaning and along with addressing the original issue, would fix the problem. Total cost came out to $1,100. A few days later, I received a call saying my car was ready for pickup. When I arrived, I was only then told in person, not over the phone, that the issue was NOT fixed and they “didn’t know why.” After much confusion to why being called saying the car was ready, I was then told I needed new spark plugs and coils, even though those had already been replaced just a week before bringing the car in. When I tried to ask questions and understand what was going on, management (older gentleman) became dismissive and defensive instead of helpful, repeatedly insisting they “knew what they were doing” rather than actually resolving the issue. After taking the car home, two NEW engine codes appeared that were never present before bringing it to this shop. Now I’m being told I need to pay an additional $400 to fix problems that showed up AFTER their work. I have the original diagnostic sheet from when the car was first inspected, and those codes were not listed. At this point, I’ve spent over $1,100 and my car is in worse condition than before I brought it in. Very disappointing experience, especially after being begged by the management to leave a good review for their shop. Well I would strongly recommend never doing any business with this shop as they do not have integrity and are scam artist. Management does not have any customer service skills and only wants to keep you as a customer to find ways to get more money out of you while not caring if your vehicle is fixed or not. 0 out of 10 experience do not go to this shop. If I could give 0 stars I would Update: this shop Is so scared of accountability they blocked me on Facebook and turned their comments off

If I could leave negative stars, this place would get 5. PLEASE READ REVIEWS BEFORE TAKING YOUR VEHICLE HERE. TOO MANY BAD EXPERIENCES. 1st 3 reviews are BADI had the same. Took my car there to have the pvc valve replaced for $472, the supercharger has to be removed. Once they removed the supercharger, it was clear that the valves needed to be cleaned. I saw them, they were covered in carbon. The owner Migel said they would SAND BLAST them clean. Another $900. I agreed. After getting the car back, I immediately started getting codes p200600 and p200700. Intake manifold runner control bank 1&2 stuck closed. In my research I found that this is due to sand getting in the runner and causing the flaps to stick closed. Also the flaps have to be air vacuumed open. When Migel gave me the report on my var, he had all the codes printed out. These codes were not on my print out. Now Megel wants another $472 just to get started on repairs. I explained to him that my new codes are from the work he performed. I also showed him a video of how this can occur. Just one grain of sand can cause this problem. Now he says he didn’t use sand. He also says the codes were already there and my printout is wrong. He got very defensive and slammed my keys on the counter and said take your car. I told him I will see him in SMALL CLAIMS COURT no matter how long it takes. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS CON MAN. READ THE REVIEWS FIRST

I needed to have my door lock actuator replaced in a bmw. I called and got a price quote of $200 if I bought the part myself. I called again just before having my car towed there and verified the price. Got my car towed and picked up the part at bmw. Brought it to the shop and then an hour later, I get a call from Manuel, or Manny, who I believe is the owner or at least he is in charge, telling me that price was wrong and it would cost me $1500 in addition to the $650 I already spent on the part. The dealership I went to wanted to charge me $1700 which included the part. All he could say was sorry and she doesn’t know the pricing. I was LIVID to say the least. So I hope this kind of price gauging and unprofessional shady way of treating customers will deter you from doing business with them. Read the other reviews. I am not the first person they did this to. I urge you take this seriously and don’t give this place your business or hard earned money.
