My truck has been sitting at this location for over 2 months for starters. I own a business in the area so I ride past daily. First of…nobody ever answers the shop phone so I don’t know why they even have a phone. Second….i text the owner daily for updates and he sends me a video of my truck running rough saying we still trying to figure it out. Diagnostics said I needed a tune up but 2 months later they trying to figure it out. But here is the kicker. I ride by daily and in 2 months I have not seen anyone hands on my truck and it’s still sitting in the same plane I parked it and not in the bay. I just want my truck fixed 😭

I brought my car to M&D Auto for a repair that was originally estimated to take three business days. On the third day, I had to call three or four times before reaching anyone, only to be told the car would not be ready until the following day. This pattern repeated itself four times. Each day, I rearranged my schedule in anticipation of pickup, but the shop never reached out proactively—I always had to call. When I finally went in to pick up the car, they discovered they had forgotten to transfer some of the window glass from the old parts to the new ones, leaving me with mismatched tint. Fortunately, I also checked the keys and realized the driver’s side lock cylinder had not been swapped over. Without catching this myself, I would have left with a car I could not unlock. Both of these issues were only addressed while I was waiting in person, despite the shop having already told me over the phone that the components had been tested. To their credit, they provided a small discount (about 6%) for which I will give them 3 stars instead of 2. However, given the repeated delays, lack of proactive communication, and serious oversights in workmanship, I cannot recommend this shop.

GREAT experience! When somebody hit my forever truck and insurance called it a total loss, I didn't have a lot of hope. Several places quoted more money than I could afford to fix it. I found M&D because they did rebuilt titles. I'm so glad- Danny and Angel have been lifesavers. I can tell they care every time I speak with them. I'm back in my truck and I finally have a place I can trust! Thanks y'all! See you for my next repair/service!

Every interaction was semi pleasant but didn't get me any closer to getting what I needed. First they don't answer the phones and when they do, they say they'll call you back and don't. On multiple occasions I waited weeks for any responseand ended up having to go there in person. I waited a month to get my money back for services I no longer wanted, they wasted my time telling me they wanted to buy my car and didn't. When I tried scheduling my car pickup, they kept pushing it back and when they said he'll deliver it, he kept pushing that back! When my wife finally went, they had her wait until she got impatient, and they "forgot" to give her the doors I already paid for. Then when I scheduled a time to get the doors, the owner wasn't there, wasn't answering the phone and and nobody knew how to help me. When I asked them to call him they said "no" and I argued with them until he arrived. Also he lied about how he was going to do some of the repairs. Never again.
