While I didn’t select Extra Mile to do work on my car for my most recent issue, they were great at helping me determine what the issue was. AJ was especially friendly and gave great advice. I felt like he really cared about my safety as a driver and that was so touching compared to other garages that just push services on you. Loved the customer service!

They took care of my emissions testing quickly and without an appointment. Dontae was so kind and professional. No pressure — just helpful insights about what would keep my car in good shape. I’ll definitely be returning for regular servicing!

Classic bait and switch operation. I contacted this shop for a service and was quoted $251. I explicitly confirmed this exact price on 2 separate days by physically coming to shop to make sure there would be no surprises. Based on the quote, booked an appointment and rearranged my schedule to bring my car in. When I actually arrived at the shop on the day of appointment (6/4/2026) they suddenly demanded $287.18 for the exact same job. It is incredibly unprofessional to hook a customer with one price and inflate it later. If you value honest pricing and your time, take your car somewhere else.

I recently took my Mini in for a new battery as it died while out running errands late on a Sunday. A kind stranger gave me a jump. Extra Mile was closed so I made a quick stop at Auto Zone to test the battery. I was told I needed a replacement but they didn't have what the Mini requires. Thankful for that now because I took it to Extra Mile first thing the next morning. They quickly gave me keys to a free loaner car so I could get to work and called a little later to let me know my battery was perfectly fine- no need to get a new one. I appreciate their honesty! Being able to book an early appointment online for the next day and use of a free loaner vehicle really made this stressful inconvenience a non issue. I made it to work on time and was able to drop off the loaner and pick up my own car after hours via the key lock box. Easy-peasy. Not having to pay for a battery I didn't need was the icing on the cake! I'm thankful for you all and will be back for my next service.

I had a great experience at Extra Mile. I came in right before closing (around 4:45) needing an overdue oil change, and they still took me in without hesitation. The staff went above and beyond, they were friendly, professional, and took the time to walk me through what was currently wrong with my truck and what potential issues to watch out for in the future. Really appreciate the level of service. Highly recommend!
