These people are unbelievably kind and trustworthy. I’m not from the area. I got a flat nearby and was able to get it to their shop. They got me in quickly, couldn’t repair the tire, and offered to put in the spare. The guy up front brought me my keys and sent me on my way FREE of charge. What an act of kindness. I was a frazzled female in my husband’s 1500. This guy could’ve convinced me I couldn’t leave without new breaks, rotors, a gas cap… who knows? I was an easy target. He did the opposite. He made a really bad day a gift from God. Additionally, there was coffee and liquid creamer (nice touch) in the lobby. There was an easy read on the end table. There were police on rotation getting their cars done (great sign). I couldn’t have had a better experience. I would recommend them to anyone.

What sort of shop doesn't have a 14mm wrench and filter wrench? Incredibly unhelpful and lazy liars. All it takes to change oil in a Saab is a 14mm wrench and pull filter wrench like every other car or GM style car. European or what it is doesn't matter. It's straightforward but they "aren't equipped" to handle my car. If that's the case, this shop isn't equipped to work on ANY car, no excuse!!

View on GooglePoor customer service. They said they don't have the tools necessary to oil change a Saab. It's just GM vehicle. It only takes a 14mm wrench and filter wrench, no big deal. I had to drive down the road, at risk to NAPA auto parts and buy the oil myself, obviously they have the oil, so it's airtight of excuses. They're just overpriced chickens. Especially if you're worried about a GM vehicle, not anything exotic like they make it out to be.
