I give this place 5 stars went in to get used tires but they didn’t have my size which is kool and understandable.. but I came back for alignment after I found tires and I tell you my SUV rides like new money. Mario the dad did an excellent job will be back and will tell others about this place. Only take cash app, zelle, cash of course.. no cards.. just heads up. Very clean place family owned.
View on GoogleRun for the hills, this place is a rip off! Very rude. There is nothing like customer service. Communication is horrible, no explanation or recommendation as to why the vehicle is still in red after alignment. The guy does not want to answer any question. They do the service, park your vehicle, ask you for the money and they watch your every move like you are about to run away! You have to ask for the alignment before and after paper/receipt. Don't be fooled by the best price in all of Austell. Next time I would rather pay a little more than support this particular mom and pops/small business.
View on GoogleThe 2 ladies and the gentleman took care of us, we had 2 tires changed and alignment. I loved that they give you the print out of the alignment and the gentleman explains the graphic to you; eventhough I worked at a bodyshop and I understand about the needs/process of a vehicle, it was very reassuring and it gives that trust that the alignment was completed correctly. Hands down definitely coming back.
View on GoogleI used to like this tire shop. It was recommended by my father. BUT I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS SHOP AGAIN, IT IS A RIP OFF. I never thought I will get cheated from this place. When I used to come with my father, they did right providing me good quality used tires for $45. I went there by myself, the man charged me $60 for a tire that went bad in 2 days. I do not play about my safety on the road. Foolishness like this can put people in harmful situations. I have trust issues going to tire places and now this one just adds to the list. I am DONE.
View on GoogleThey mounted and balanced some 33s that I bought from them and I was in and out on a Saturday. I’m real picky when it comes to tires and them being balanced right but the tires were just fine otw home. At other shops, I take my valve stem caps off before I go in because they always end up missing but I forgot this time and they put them back on without me asking.
