I stopped here to ask for help putting air in my tire and to have it checked, but the attendant completely ignored me. I asked twice attendant acted as if he didn’t see or hear me. Asked if I needed help only to proceed in ignoring me. As a local resident, it’s disappointing to experience that level of customer service. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I can’t recommend this business to my neighbors, friends, or others in the community

I reached out to JW Auto on a Tuesday afternoon about my 2016 Honda. I had a list of issues to discuss from overheating, wheel bearings, brakes, and a plastic piece hanging from my car. Ms. Danielle, the service advisor, answered the phone so pleasantly and walked me through the entire process. She was able to get me in next day. The owner, Mr. JW, fixed my car within 6 hours and talked to me like a father would talk to his daughter about what happens when I delay services. I felt a sense of safety knowing that he cares about not only doing the service correctly, but taking care of his customers. I will be back forever and will refer everyone I can to JW Auto. My car is back normal and I am a satisfied customer.

I am writing to share my deeply troubling experience with JW Auto in the hope that others might avoid the same frustration and financial loss. What began as a routine suspension repair for my Nissan Armada turned into a lesson in caution and clarity when dealing with automotive services. I was initially quoted $1,150 to replace the struts and shock absorbers—a cost I agreed to based on trust and the expectation of professional service. Midway through the repairs, I was informed that my vehicle required an air suspension system rather than a conventional spring setup, adding $250 to the final bill. Understanding that complications can arise, I approved the additional charge in good faith. It was only upon reviewing the final invoice that I noticed, with deep concern, a “NO WARRANTY” disclaimer. When questioned, the owner, a smooth-talking gentleman named Jonnie, explained that this was because no markup had been applied to the parts, an explanation I find difficult to reconcile, especially since I did not supply any parts myself. All the parts were supplied by JW Auto. The most disappointing part was that after paying a total of $1,450, my vehicle’s performance remained exactly the same. The ride was still rough and bumpy, showing no evidence of improvement. To this day, I struggle to understand what work was actually performed. . The vehicle does not exhibit the characteristics of a functional air suspension system—there’s no adjustment in height or firmness, leaving me to question whether the work was performed at all. My request for copies of the parts receipts was declined, denying me even the basic assurance of part-level warranties that should accompany any purchase of this nature. Spending $1,450 on a repair that yielded no tangible results is more than just disappointing—it feels like a breach of trust. I share this not out of spite, but as a caution to others: please ensure all terms, including warranty coverage, are confirmed in writing before any work begins. Transparency should never come as an afterthought. This experience has left me feeling deeply misled, scammed and financially taken advantage of. I hope that by sharing my story, I can help others avoid a similar situation. I will certainly never take any auto work to JW Auto. Neither will I give any positive feedback or referal

This is my second visit to this establishment, and I must say, Danielle's exceptional service has truly stood out once again. Throughout the entire process of getting my car fixed, she kept me well-informed, ensuring complete transparency without any hidden agendas or pressure to fix things I didn't want to. I'd like to extend my gratitude to Mr. John for the outstanding service he provided for my vehicle. Thanks to his expertise, my car is running smoothly again.
