Tried to up charge $20 for a valve stem, insisted that the new stem that came with the rim is not rated for 80psi. (Which it wasn't) I say "no thanks, I don't want a new stem". (Our original agreement was to swap out the old rim with the one in the box). I go back to my truck. I get the feeling that he was going to leave the new, under rated stem on the new rim, so I get out and go look, and when I confront him about it he says "it'll be an extra $20 to swap the stems from the old rim to this new rim". (Wow! So now your holding me hostage! What choice do I have? Here you go sir, $20 for the same old part that was ALREADY ON MY GOD DAMN TRUCK!) I say "WHAT?! WHY?!" He gets all defensive and says "I already started putting the tire back on!" You knew the old stem wasn't right and you decided to use it anyway! so I say "I'll swap the stems myself then" but he isn't having it, it's going to be to much work for him to switch the tire machine in the opposite direction, and for me to then install the stem myself. Yup he didn't even remove or install the old valve stem, I did. So I got charges an extra $20 just because he felt like it. 1star deserved.

Before and after Pics. My wheel was bent. Juan did a great job. I took my daughter’s car today. I upload the before and after pics. My car rides smooth. It’s best to call before you drive out the shops is mobile.
View on GoogleI received the best customer service ever from Juan. I called Wednesday on new mid range price & quality tires for my SUV. Juan stated he would by Thursday 9:30 am with $$. He did. We agreed, he ordered, & they arrive by noon. Service was performed w/n 45 mins. & I paid & was on my way to purchase an alignment which he made a suggestion on. I am very pleased with my Summit new tires!!!

Finally I guess it was the owner who pulled up in his business van, I stated I had an hole in my rim and I needed another tire. He called his welder Steve, who came arrived and said Danny didn’t tell him it was a hole in the rim. Steve said he has to leave and would be back by 4:30 pm. I left my rim there, 6:00pm I called Steve he said that when he arrived Danny told him it was too late to work on my rim and to come back on Sunday at 3:00 pm. I called Danny he said Steve never came back. I arrived at 4:00 pm shop, the shop was closed. Danny arrived at 4:30, he told me he has been calling Steve and no answer. This is the poorest customer I’ve ever received. How do you maintain customers and the inconsistencies with who did what…well … smh.. stay away from this place
View on GoogleWalked in, told him my problem, gave me the price, got to work and finished it that day. You can’t beat that. I had a cracked 20” wheel which he was able to weld, fixed my wheel and my tire leak saving me $100s. It was straightforward and no fluff. Recommended
