Drove 35 minutes away to be disappointed. Called to get an inspection which is $65, listed what I wanted to get inspected, they apparently have certain things that will then lead into being considered a “diagnostic” which is $125. They never explained that the inspection is only to look at my fluids and brakes which is definitely not $65 of work. Then I had to ask for an estimate to be printed, they were just ready to take my money. Never apologized, the woman at the front desk clearly doesn’t see anything wrong in not explaining the cost once I asked for something they consider to be different than the inspection. Id love to support my community but I definitely won’t be returning or recommending anyone here.

This place is horrible, I paid this man abt $800 to repair the front bumper. He was sorry as heck and didn’t remove the old paint but used new paint to cover the damage and it has peeled off. The bumper has pieces of cracked paint that has peeled off. This junkyard needs to be shut down. Please don’t trust your car with this man. Also my car was left overnight suppose to be finished in one day but he requested two days. I got the car back on the third day and noticed it didn’t run the same and the expensive tadio system had less volume and bass- useless. The transmission was didn’t shift gears the same. Beware!

I've been coming to this shop for over eight years, but this last visit was beyond disappointing. I was charged nearly $500 just to replace a starter, and on top of that, they added a $150 diagnostic fee — which wasn't even included in the repair cost. That's outrageous for something as simple as diagnosing a bad starter! After being a loyal customer for so long, I expected honesty and fair pricing, not to be overcharged and misled. It's really frustrating to feel taken advantage of after years of trust and repeat business. If you plan to get any work done here, make sure you get every cost in writing upfront and understand exactly what you're being charged for. This experience has completely changed how I view this shop.
