Franscisco is the man!!! Words can not describe how much help helped me! I run a repair shop when unfortunately one of technicians got into an accident in a customers car. I was given two estimates that were absolutely outrageous even for the car that it was. Not only did Franscico save me thousands of dollars with still using genuine parts but he got it the car done in a faster time then quoted and allowed me to save a good business relationship with my customer car looks fantastic after my customer and I were both incredibly happy!!

I brought my car here and paid out of pocket (did not go through insurance). I needed a bumper replacement for my 5 series bmw and a few other minor fixes after an accident. My car was never the same after this repair. I had issues with the replacement piece, such as headlight calibration that they were unable to fix despite bringing it back. The replacement piece also had some minor dings that I noticed a week later when washing it for the first time. I would not recommend, particularly if you drive foreign vehicles. Update: I paid about $4,000 for a new bumper assembly. I requested aftermarket parts, but was told they couldn't locate any. I was informed the parts replaced were OEM. However, I am now learning for the first time that parts installed were actually aftermarket. 4,000 for an aftermarket bumper is quite steep...I was given a quote and approved the quote in it's entirety. I was informed at pick up of additional issues with car, as well as struggles Central collision had with installing the bumper. This caused me to pay additional fees in labor costs, given the extra time central collision claimed they needed to complete a proper installation.
