Had an incredible first time experience with Dave and his team at Ultimate Benz! After a quick call with Dave I had my 06 CLS 55 towed to him for a weird transmission issue and he was able to diagnose and find the problem within minutes. He provided all updates and looked over the entire car to inform me about other maintenance items I need to take care of in the future. Truly a professional business from owner to the workers. Even the receptionist was extremely pleasant when I picked my car up. Highly recommended!

My new go to. First went to them for Service B oil change and was serviced all the things the dealership would have done at half the price. Then had a 9k+ quote from the dealership on some suspension work requiring several parts to be replaced. Ultimate Benz beat the price by a long shot and got my 2023 CLA back up and running as if it never happened. Very pleased with their service, timing, and communication throughout the process.
