Hours of operation states they open at 9. We arrived at 9:15a three men were outside. I waited about 2-3 minutes and said good morning are you open? One guy looked at me and walked off the second guy didn’t look my way and the third guy just disappeared. They never approached my vehicle to say give them a minute so I just pulled off. That was the worst customer service experience ever. I will not be coming back.

Maybe their used tires are priced reasonably or maybe they charge based on the kind of car instead of the tire but paying $130 per tire is ridiculous. If I wasn't pressed for time I would've made an appointment at Walmart. I love supporting small black businesses but the highway robbery has to stop. No way a regular 18 inch tire should cost $130. My suggestion is either don't go there for new tires or don't drive a "high end" car there for new tires because they will quote you an insane price.
View on GoogleI went to tire clinic to get a new tire they gave me a used tire that didn’t even last two weeks they stripped my lug nuts so I had to get my wheel studs broken and wheel hub replaced the amount of money that I have spent during this whole situation I could have bought a brand new set of tires and my brakes changed
View on GoogleI have been coming to this location since I got my first car in 2002. Today one of the guys the usually changes and services my tires was not here. I had a rim that needed to be replaced plus I had a tire for the rim that was coming off. My TPMS needed to be moved over to the new rim. I paid $70 , I have gotten used tires from this location and paid $80 for everything. I paid my money I didn’t complain but I will never come back.
