Really tried to send a flat tire driver 25 minutes west down i-20 to N&N tires when there's a tire shop next door with everything they don't have locally! They just made N&N look bad for that! If that's the case, keep it pushing and pay attention to those honest reviews

I come here all the time. Well I used to anyway I’ve been coming to the shop for about nine years. Every time I come EJ raises his prices by $10 and every time he tells a lie about it the prices are set at $50 for per used tire. He gave me a tire that was dry rotted. I wouldn’t recommend anyone go to this establishment this is not far from my house so it’s inside my community. That’s why I thought I was doing my community justice by coming here, I would definitely make sure I get my used tires out of Suwanee where they’re only $35 each and they have great quality

WARNING: The reviews are MISLEADING. My experience was horrible. I arrived at 11:45 am & did not leave until 3:15 pm. Technicians were unable to get my tires on the rim & were dishonest as they led me on for hours with promises that everything was okay while all the while they could not do the job. Another customer who happened to work on tires came up & told me the truth as to what was going on in the back of the shop with my tires. I sat in the parking lot with two toddlers for multiple hours with no food no bathroom no water & no way to obtain anything because my cars tires had been removed & no one in the entire location was able to get them back on. Meanwhile as I'm pleading for help the technicians were nonchalant & just kept pushing me back out telling me "Oh it's fine, it's fine. We're coming." I had to argue to get the owner on the telephone & when I did speak with him, he was unresponsive, impolite, dismissive & completely unprofessional & unwilling to account for his employees incompetence. He made ZERO effort to compensate me for my lost time, the horrible experience, his employees deception, or his shops inability to complete a job as advertised. What's worse is the lack of compassion, care, concern that the owner of this establishment had for such a huge disaster. He did not apologize to my family a single time for their error. Instead he behaved as if I were an annoyance to him. I had to call someone to come up to the shop to pick up my toddlers & take them to use the restroom & get something to eat because we were STRANDED with my car for over 3 hours in 75 degree heat! In the end we missed the event we paid for & I had to come out of pocket TWICE over for a job I came to get done at this establishment. If you want to risk your tires being removed & the technicians NOT being able to put them back on, feel free to visit this establishment. If not, spare yourself time & choose another tire shop.The promise of a "discount" is not worth the risk!

This review is not for the actual tire shop. This is for the autobody shop. We brought our car here to get some maintenance on the vehicle that should have been pretty straight forward. Our dashboard was working fine, there was nothing wrong with it. When we picked up the car it had an entirely different dashboard with cigarette burns in the vents! This location destroyed our previous dash and replaced it with some junk from "Pull Apart" like we wouldn't noticed. Then, they promised they would have a better dash waiting for us, but when we tried to go to the location, it wasn't there. Not to mention, the work that we requested wasn't done properly. Of course, we tried to get a full refund but to no avail. This place will never see our business again. And if you're smart, you would not use the autobody shop at this location. Again, this is not a review for the tire shop, but they're at the same address and operating out of the same location. You might be able to get some good tires from the tire shop, but I wouldn't dare try it after our experience.
