I was recently in an accident and took my car to EJ Pingue Auto Clinic LLC for body work. The work was exceptionally great. When we went to pick up the vehicle, my friend actually asked me, “Where was the damage?” That’s how incredible the job was. EJ Pingue's team did an outstanding job restoring my car — you would never know it had been in an accident. Exceptional, exceptional, exceptional service. Highly recommend!

Professionalism at its finest, Mr. Pingue is a man of great integrity when it comes to taking b care of your cars. Very transparent from the beginning to the end. Doesn't cut corner or tries to overcharge. Would highly recommend to family, friends, or anyone in need of quality service.

This bro was highly recommended by a good friend of mine I was skeptical at first because it’s hard to find that right shop who’s going to be transparent and give amazing results in there work so I decided to give this shop a chance and I’m glad I did this when your car is in this brother hands he will definitely take you step by step in the process and keep you post on everything that is happening with the job when Mr. E.J. Called me to come see my truck I had a good feeling about it knowing he put his gifted hands on it and made it just like new and honestly when I saw it I just couldn’t believe my eyes this bro skills are unbelievable and unmatched I was so happy of the results because it was a salvage title vehicle that needed to be inspected and approved to get the rebuilt title and he made this a reality with no issues I recommend this shop to anyone who wants to get there vehicle fixed correctly and on time and with a reasonable price come see this brother you want be disappointed. There is a lot that’s positive to say about my experience with E. J. Pingue’s Auto Clinic, so I will try my best to keep it brief [won’t work, but I’ll try]. First, I was referred to Ervin a couple of months ago by the best Benz tech in the business, Laurence Johnson of Aubyn Benz Care. I brought my car in for Ervin to preview and provide a quote. I could tell off the bat that as funny and kind-hearted as he presented himself, Ervin was SERIOUS about his work. As a creative professional myself, I appreciated the attention to detail he showed as he described exactly what he would be doing to my car. His pricing was EXTREMELY reasonable for the work he’d be performing, and he generously offered a few extra perks [headlight and fog light polishing]. He was also gracious enough to install some new rubber trim pieces I provided to him that I thought would be good to replace while he was removing certain parts anyway. A few weeks later, I excitedly dropped my car off. Ervin kept me abreast of the progress, which was a number of days, not weeks like other body shops. The work was stunning in pictures! I could not wait to be reunited with my 21-year-old E-Class wagon that now looked like it was coming off the showroom floor. And then, unfortuitous disaster struck—a yard worker weedwhacked a rock right through my rear hatch glass, shattering it. Minor enough damage, but what we didn’t know was how hard it was going to be to find replacement glass for this 21-year-old car. But this is where this businessman’s character shone through. After a handful of so-called glass experts each sourced the wrong glass despite being given the year, model and VIN, Ervin scoured the COUNTRY for the correct replacement glass—ultimately traveling nearly three hours each way to South Carolina to buy the parts car that would provide the glass that would fix my car. Who does THAT? How many other shops would have said, “Sorry sir, the yard people aren’t our employees and we had no control over that damage. You’ll have to take that up with your insurance company. Our work is done.” All of this to say that while I was disappointed I had to wait a few weeks to get my car back, I never doubted for a second that Ervin was going to make the situation right. On top of being an extraordinarily talented body and paint man, Ervin is a GOOD man. I deeply appreciate his diligence in making sure my car came back to me in the right condition. Shout out to his partner, Sayco, who applied the paint exquisitely. Between the two of them, they made my baby with the busted chin [cracked front bumper], cloudy eyes [headlight and fog light lenses], pock-marked hood, and sun-scalded rear bumper, fenders, and side-view mirrors, look like she was rolling off the lot in 2004 all over again. I guess you can tell by both the content and length of this review that I highly recommend this shop for any body work needs you ever have! Needless to say, I have already made a few referrals to friends who need work done on their cars. Put simply, Ervin and his team will take care of you like no other. Period.
