My car was repaired to perfection. I had bumper work done, and I must say it looks even better than it did before I got hit. The paint job was immaculate, and I believe they even waxed my entire car because it looked so shiny and new! My car was ready in just five days, and they kept me updated throughout the process with text messages and phone calls. I was very impressed! Very professional team of folks there! It's a out of 10/10 for me! There are not enough stars on here to give them!

I brought my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk to Corzav Collision & Glass on August 8, 2025. It is now February 26, 2026 a completely new year and my vehicle was only “supposedly” just getting finished. The original quote started around $6,000. Somehow that number continued to climb over time and eventually reached $28,000. The pricing changed repeatedly, and new “issues” kept being discovered months after the vehicle had already been in their possession. I don’t understand how a professional shop can continuously find new problems on the same vehicle instead of performing a thorough inspection upfront. There was constant back-and-forth, inconsistent information, and extended delays with no clear timeline. All funds were paid. The most concerning part: when I dropped my vehicle off, it was running perfectly fine. I had just purchased it from the dealership. Yes, it’s a used vehicle, but it’s a 2018 Trackhawk with a strong engine and no starting issues. After finally picking it up and driving off the lot, we stopped at a gas station, turned the vehicle off to pump gas and it would not start back up. That was never an issue before bringing it here. Waiting over six months, watching the cost jump from $6,000 to $28,000, and then experiencing a no-start issue immediately after pickup is unacceptable. I expected transparency, consistency, and professional service especially with a high-performance vehicle. Very disappointed with this experience.
