By Grace made a negative and unpleasant situation much more pleasant. From the time I first spoke to the tow driver on the phone to the time my car arrived at the shop he was so helpful and concerned about my family’s health and safety. He went above and beyond to make sure our car got to the proper shop because we were about 60 miles from home. He was in communication with us the entire time and he was positive and professional. I would not hesitate to use By Grace service again and I will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs emergency services. They turned a real lemon into lemonade for our family. I had an amazing experience with By Grace Towing recently. I’d asked for an early pick up and they showed up exactly at the earliest point possible at 6 AM. That caught me off guard since I’m usually given service windows and someone might show up 15 minutes before the window closes. I ended up waking up at 6:15 AM after they already left ,but they circled around and picked up my vehicle before the window closed even after I wasn’t there to open the gate for them when initially showed up. They could have denied me service altogether for their time and mileage, but they were so very courteous to keep me on their books and help me out. Kooley was super warm and professional and got my vehicle out in under 15 minutes. Highly recommend this great company!
