I have been a customer here for roughly 3yrs now, and never had any quarrels or issues. I do emissions on two vehicles at a discounted rate of $5. Today, I asked if they still offered discounts for multiple vehicles and the dude "Allan" the inspector, stated yes. I bring in the second vehicle and he says its a $3 discount. I proceeded to let him know last year I was offered a $5 discount and he said he couldn't and that I was being ungrateful and entitled. I am a customer and just because I inquire on discount rate disparity doesn't warrant unprofessional, disrespectful, rude and arrogant behavior. Patronize black owned businesses they say and you get the worst customer treatment. You just lost a customer and definitely won't recommend. Train your inspectors on how to address customers.Utterly shameful!!

Very nice workers. Now, what has me confused is I just drove about or more than 900 miles to GA, so why 2 days later did my car fail. I was told to drive about 50 miles and come back ok I will see you soon. Ok i will give Updates as it becomes available. So I came back 2 days later I met a different crew and they were friendly just as the workers before and I passed. YEAH 😇🥰😍🤩.

View on GoogleI just went today. Let me tell you it only took 4 minutes. The best part was that the 2 guys that were running the place were so nice. Some of the nicest people I’ve ever met since I moved here from Cleveland 2 years ago. If they ran a business I could go to everyday I truly would. The man found out I was a military Army OIF vet and gave me a few bucks off. He didn’t have to but it was extremely kind of him. If you need an emissions check go here! You won’t wait long, no appointment, just drive up, and have great service. Yes, a simple task but nice to be treated so nicely. Thank you guys.
