I’m usually not the one to write a review but I feel like they deserve one. Let me start by telling you that if they can’t do something as simple as putting a wheel hub cap back safely, imagine how they would work in other parts of the car. I took my car to them to install 2 used tires, bad quality btw, anyways they didn’t properly install the hub cap and it fell off my car. When I called to ask if by any chance it was left out there that “maybe they forgot to put it back.” They gave me the worst customer service and acted as like if it was my fault when they the ones that were supposed to do their job right.i wouldn’t give this ppl the trust or your money. I can add pics of the convo I had with them also..

I am so pleased with their service! I went in to get a used tire at around 9:30pm. They had a used tire for my car in stock at a super reasonable price. And the guy (I didn't get his name) was so friendly and honest. I will be recommending this place to my family and friends for sure! And I will come back when I need a tire again.

I had two flat tires. Triple A brought my car to a tire shop that gave me a 2 weeks estimate time to fix my tires. I went across the street to Platinum Used and New Tires. The owner was able to work with me and replace my tires in 30 minutes!!! That is a lot better than two weeks. I heavily recommend this place. The owner is attentive to your needs and is willing to help you and your vehicle. The tires are also great quality whether used or new. This place is very professional and I’ll surely be back in the future.
