The texting at first was good. He replied fast and gave me a quote, so I thought everything would go smoothly. But once it was time for him to show up and do the job, everything went downhill. He was about an hour late and said it was because of an issue with the auto shop and the wrong part. I understand things happen, but his attitude when he arrived was the real problem. As soon as he got there, he acted like he did not want me to ask any questions. He basically said he was only there to do the one job and that we could not talk about anything else because it made him “uncomfortable.” He even said he could just leave. That was a big red flag to me. I only asked about another related repair, and instead of answering like a professional, he got defensive and started lecturing me. Later, he even called me again just to keep lecturing instead of trying to fix the situation. Overall, the customer service was very poor. He may know how to do the repair, but the way he treated me as a customer was not okay. It felt like he just wanted to take the money and did not care about listening to any concerns. I would not recommend this service. In my opinion, it is better to go to a real repair shop with a physical location, so if something goes wrong, you have somewhere to go back to. This mobile repair experience was not worth the stress. I will also be sharing my experience so other people know what happened and can avoid going through the same thing with this business.

James gave me a time he would come out and he did. Even arrived early. He was professional, quick and very thorough. My Altima is running better than ever.
