This place is a joke at first everything was good took it to get an alignment couple months ago and it was great because the guy who did it was a cubby guy and knew what to do. until they hired another guy last week I took my truck again because I changed my tires and get an alignment again now my truck drives like shit wasted my tires in a week on the outside went back to tell them if they can fix it and change my tires because I paid for a service that was supposed to be done right the first time and they refuse to do anything not even my money back for the alignment won’t be going back to this place again

I came yesterday before they close to patch up a hole and when I left I noticed it was still leaking came back in the morning they want to charge me an additional $15 when they didn’t do their job thoroughly. I do not recommend this place if you want to patch your tires they do not warranty their work.

Damage to Lug Nuts Due to Over-Tightening** I am writing to express my concerns regarding a recent service at your shop where I had my tires replaced. During the installation, I noticed that the technician was over-tightening the lug nuts on my wheels. Despite my request for him to stop, as I believed this could cause damage, the technician assured me it was normal and continued. However, I previously installed these lug nuts at home without any issues, and there was no damage to the coating or paint. The over-tightening at your shop has led to noticeable damage, which I believe was avoidable. When I brought this to your attention, to the owner he mentioned that the damage is normal due to the paint on the lug nuts. However, given that they were installed properly and without damage at home, I do not believe this explanation justifies the outcome. Thank you for your attention to this matter Sad, i been a customer of this place for a long time, i gave the owner at least to said sorry, but he were full of excuses.
