My husband and I picked our Mercedes Benz up today after having two fuel pumps replaced. It was such a great feeling everyone is amazing, we would like to give a special shout out to ZACK we really appreciate him!! True automotive is a great place to get your ride fixed, they do it expeditiously and handle your car with care like its their own. Great hospitality, great service , would recommend TRUE Automotive in Lawrenceville to anyone. They also work with you if you need be!! Keep up the great work team!! As a first time customer, I was very impressed with the experience. I had an unexpected check engine light come on right before vacation and they were able to get me in the same day and take my vehicle in right away. The shop was very clean and professional, and I appreciated that the technician took the time to fully explain the issues found instead of rushing me out the door. I also received a full vehicle inspection which was a huge plus. Great communication, quick turnaround, and quality service. This will definitely be my new full time repair shop.

I have been a loyal customer of this business for years and recently spent $3,882.40 on repairs because I trusted their work and their team. Today, that trust was shattered. I drove from Midtown to Lawrenceville for a simple oil change because I have always believed this shop would take care of me. After my service, Zack informed me that I needed additional repairs and a new tire. When I asked which tire, he repeatedly tried to show me a screen and involved another employee, making me feel uncomfortable and embarrassed instead of simply answering my question. After finally telling me it was the driver's side front tire, he said, "Your tire can pop." I replied, "God has me covered. I made it here." Zack then laughed and said, "Well, you'll be with God if you don't get a tire." As a single mother who works hard every day and has already endured the heartbreaking loss of my fiancé, those words hit me harder than he could ever imagine. What may have been a joke to him left me feeling disrespected, humiliated, and in tears on my drive home. I cried because I felt belittled. I cried because I felt embarrassed. I cried because I felt like my loyalty meant nothing. Most of all, I cried because I could not believe that after spending thousands of dollars with a company I trusted, I would be treated with such disregard and disrespect. Unfortunately, Zack's behavior completely overshadowed that positive experience. His comments were unacceptable, unprofessional, and deeply hurtful. No customer should ever be made to feel the way I felt today. No customer should ever leave an establishment in tears because an employee thought it was appropriate to joke about their death. I want to thank Bill, Dontrelle, and Cody, who have always treated me with kindness and respect. They are the reason I continued doing business here. Unfortunately, Zack's behavior completely overshadowed the positive experiences I've had in the past. I came in today as a loyal customer. I left feeling humiliated, dismissed, and heartbroken. I sincerely hope no other customer ever has to experience what I experienced today.

This place is very professional. Reps provided clear communication about each step of their process in getting your car back to you as soon as possible as possible. It was very much appreciated and I would recommend to all that this is the place to bring your vehicle. Worth every dime. Quick, efficient, professional, warranty reliability. Today I visited True Automotive and was assisted by Kevin, and I honestly could not have asked for a better experience. Kevin was truly amazing extremely knowledgeable about my Mercedes-Benz and clearly very experienced. He took the time to explain things thoroughly and provided valuable insight, which I really appreciated. From the moment we arrived, Kevin was warm, friendly, and welcoming. This was hands down one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had for something as routine as an oil change.Kevin’s customer service was genuinely top-notch and exceeded my expectations. Not only was the service excellent, but it was also very affordable. Kevin even gave us a tour of the facility. The lobby was comfortable clean and inviting, with snacks, drinks, and music, which made the wait enjoyable. He went above and beyond to make sure both my boyfriend and I were comfortable while we waited. I left feeling confident that my oil change was performed by expert technicians. My car drives great, and there was absolutely no pressure, upselling, or attempt to overcharge me. On top of everything, Kevin was incredibly funny we laughed, received outstanding service, and genuinely had a great experience. After this visit, I wouldn’t want anyone else working on my Mercedes not even the dealership. I’m already looking forward to seeing Kevin again at the Suwanee location. He truly made my day and turned a simple oil change into an exceptional experience. I will absolutely be returning to True Automotive and asking for Kevin every time.
