Rick Owens also is the most unprofessional brake master service provider/ manager If you’re coming here to get any work done, I turn right around and go anywhere else as they cause you more money than you wanted to spend and charge you for things you never knew you even needed nor did you need and simply just make up stuff to make themselves money.came here for a simple break job. The technician installed the brake pads incorrectly, which caused the caliper to fail when the car was taken back they said that they would warranty the pads that they Install installed incorrectly if I paid for the caliper that had failed when the caliper only failed because they installed the brakes incorrectly And failed to take ownership of the issue that caused severe brake malfunction on my car while driving and had me go through corporate to deal with everything I will never bring any vehicle here if I could give a worse review for the establishment and the management, I would

View on GoogleEmployees were nice and helpful throughout the entire process, although the wait time was a bit (it's memorial day and this is the only shop open in the area), my tires were installed in 20 minutes after a technician got to it and no complaints at all! They even cleaned up my wheels even more for me! Good prices, quality work. What more could you want?

After a frustrating interaction with the Duluth branch, where the staff was rude and even drop the Line on me as a customer, I was honestly starting to lose confidence in Tire Plus. However, Patrick completely turned things around. He took the time to clearly explain my alignment and made sure I understood everything, which I really appreciated. Shane also did a great job on the alignment, thank you both for your professionalism and excellent customer service.
