I had a great experience at Steve’s European Garage. They fixed my bumper and completed an inspection quickly and efficiently. The service was fast, professional, and they got me back on the road without a long wait. I really appreciated their honesty and how smoothly everything went. I’m just gonna go ahead and say it out right that Steve’s European auto repair shop is the best repair shop that I’ve experienced since I’ve been here in Georgia. This is my first time ever using the services here at Steve’s and I’m very impressed with the quality of service they provide to the customer. I bought my car in for a transmission fluid flush and gasket and filter replacement, and I had them to replace my spark plugs and I have a V12 engine and it takes 24 spark plugs and it also included the removal of the manifold to replace the rubber gaskets and the rubber grommets on the spark plugs. I have been working on car my entire life but unfortunately due to my motorcycle accident it left me unable to walk so I can’t do a lot of work on my car myself so I decided to take it to Steve’s. I had done the research on the things that I need to get done to my car and it looked pretty intense but I told them that I had purchased the parts that I wanted installed and they just smiled at me and they said that they do this all the time and I was thinking to myself that I was going to have to leave my car for a few days, and they said that they would be done with it in a few hours. I’m just saying that they were like a NASCAR pit crew. They were done in a few hours and then I received the bill and it was for the same amount quoted no up charges and they were several hundred dollars less than what other shops were asking for to do half the work. So happy to have found the gem of a shop and I am excited about leaving this review because they deserve it because they are awesome and they are my favorite shop.

So I went here to have my brakes checked and due to the type of birthday where I was being charged about $500 everywhere else minimum and the help care and attention i got was amazing they listened and didn't try to mandolin what I was telling them they took me at my word and looked at it when i requested before telling me what was wrong and so on. I will def make the trip (1hr 30 min.) Again out of my way for this level of respect attention to detail and service. Johnathan (featured in the photos) was amazingly effective and quick. Sid (front desk) is extremely sweet and kind and helpful. I've never had such exceptional customer service and the owner Steve (no photos he shy🫠) are super attentive and just wonderful
