I’d been needing an oil change for a while and kept putting it off, but I finally decided to take care of it last minute. I called SRK Auto Service since I was already nearby in downtown Lawrenceville around N. Perry and Crogan Street, close to the Aurora Theatre. They took my car in right away, and the oil change was done in about 10–15 minutes. They even topped off my fluids and checked my tires because I asked them to. They reset the maintenance light and added a reminder sticker so I’d know when my next service is due. I’m really happy with how quickly they were able to get me in and how efficiently everything was handled. A lot of shops don’t top off fluids anymore, so I really appreciated that — especially with how much windshield washer fluid gets used during Georgia pollen season. The pricing was fair and reasonable too. If you’re looking for a small, honest auto repair shop in Lawrenceville with great service and good prices, definitely give them a call.

He repeatedly raised his voice and spoke to customers in a disrespectful manner, which felt intimidating rather than informative. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and I would not recommend visiting if he is assisting you, I would never come back here.
