I want to give a big shoutout to the general manager, Jesse. He’s extremely knowledgeable when it comes to older, classic cars—which is hard to find these days. Even though we hit a few bumps along the way, he made sure everything was handled the right way so there wouldn’t be any future issues. I really appreciated that level of care and accountability. He truly went above and beyond. The entire staff was friendly and professional, and I especially want to mention Ethan, who I communicated with the most. He was always helpful, responsive, and easy to work with. Finding a trustworthy shop that knows how to properly work on classic cars isn’t easy, so I’m very grateful this place was recommended to me. I’ll definitely be coming back anytime I need more work done.

This is the second time that I have taken my car to get serviced at the shop. The first time I had something minor done, I had some cutouts installed on my car this time. I was surprised to learn how much other things I could have done at the same shop. The people who work there are very knowledgeable about what they are doing and I trust them with my baby. I have a pretty rare Mercedes Benz that has a lot of fun to drive around with and these guys love the car so I know that they will always do their best to get it right.
View on GoogleWhat can I say?? These guys at this shop have taken such good care of me! I have a 2017 Volvo S90 and out of nowhere i developed a coolant leak. I was at a toss up between letting them repair it or taking it to the dealer. I received a call from the general manager reassuring me of the expertise of their technicians especially the one that would service my car. I was sold on taking it to the dealer AT FIRST, but the customer service was so good, I went ahead and approved the repair. Once I got my car back, the car has run perfectly since. No issues. No leaks of any kind. I'm very pleased with the customer service from the front desk, and the actual repair service I received by the tech in the shop. The price you pay is well worth it because of the premium warranty you get on the repair.PROPER diagnosis is probably the most important skill of a technician. Prevents you from throwing all kinds of parts at the problem HOPING it fixes it. Speed Auto Repair is the real deal. As a woman coming in for repairs, there's oftentimes fear that we are being taken advantage of by shops, but they are so patient with me . I'm a PILL to deal with, but here, I feel heard and well taken care of by them. I trust them.

And team had amazing communication, attention to detail, and did an AWESOME job. Price was reasonable too. They took additional care to confirm the replacement was done well. I will be back to this shop from now on for all my repair needs! So glad I gave them a call!
