Williams was absolutely amazing! He has 25 years experience and after driving my car around for only a few minutes he knew exactly what was causing the noise I came in for. He was very honest and up front with me about pricing and explained exactly what was going on in a way I could understand, and I know nothing about cars 😅. The lobby was also very inviting and cozy, great place for me to study while getting the work done and they even had coffee up front! I will definitely be coming back here for all my repairs and maintenance.

This place is fantastic. They fixed the brakes on my Jeep and installed four tires—including an alignment—at a reasonable price that was far better than any other place in the area. Daniel is a true professional at what he does; the shop is very clean and organized, and the warranty they offer is on par with that of a dealership. The waiting area and the restroom are also very clean. I highly recommend this place.

Crooks! Scam! Unethical! They lied about the services, and started denying everything. I gave them 2 chances but they made it worse. The car has never had any issues other than RPM issue, but each time it left there repair shop my car had a new problem and I got this car 2 months ago. They are rude and the manager/owner when I confronted him about the car not being fixed at all and is actually worse now just said your not getting any money back and literally put his hands on me and PUSHED ME out the store. There will be a lawsuit against the man and the entire scam they are running. I’m a hardworking man, they took $650 from me and didn’t fix anything, gave me a car which is worse and not running. STAY AWAY!!! I have attached a picture of the check engine light and sign I had which led me to take it to mechanic and guess what it’s the same exact issue after they “serviced” it and is worse.

Finally I found a place that I can trust, dealer told me that I have to replace my transmission due to a rough shift, I decide to take a 2 opinion, so I Google it for a repair shop, and Pike Street was on the list, I call and Daniel answer the phone, he was so knowledgeable and friendly, The day I brought my car in, Daniel and his team inspected it, and within just half a day, they told me the problem was simply a faulty ignition coil. The total cost for all the work came to $295—whereas the dealership wanted $7,900 to replace the transmission, which I didn't even need! I truly recommend this place; they are honest, clear, and straightforward. The dealership kept my car for a whole week, while Pike Street fixed it in just a few hours. Simply fantastic.
