I would stay as far away from this company as possible. I picked this company to fix my rim because of the convenience where they came to my house to pick the wheel up for repair. This was a huge mistake. The only thing that was convenient was for them to disappear after they damaged my vehicle. The guy that came out put the jack in the wrong place causing my car to slip off the jack damaging the bottom of my Mercedes. He tried to down play it as a small piece fell off underneath, but as you can tell from the picture, a huge chunk was missing. When I called the office to let them know, I was told that I would get a call back but never received one. I emailed them a couple of times but never received an email back. I sent them pictures of the damage as well as screen shots from where the guy damaged my car in my driveway on my ring camera just to show the damage was caused by their guy, but still no response. Like I mentioned before its very easy for them to disappear on you because they come to you and you have no way of getting in contact with them if there are issues. They are quick to return your call when you need their service and looking to pay, but they do not respond after you have paid and there is an issue. I paid $290 to get my wheel fixed, but was left with $1000 worth of damage. They do not stand behind their work. Avoid at all costs!!!

The WORST! Needed 2 tires put on. Was told he was going to take them to get put on and come back. He took SIX hours to bring my tires and rims back. Then has an attitude when you ask him why he’s taking so long. Horrible.

View on GoogleDO NOT USE this company for anything. My tire blew and I contacted them around 9:50 pm. Daniel showed up within 10 minutes and after that is when the waiting game began. We were told that a guy was going to get the tire and be back within 30 or so minutes. It took 1 1/2 hours to return only for them to disappear again for hours because “the rim was bent”. We sat and waited for one tire to be fixed from 10 pm at night to almost 2 am!!!! We were quoted $175 - $375 when I called for the service only to be charged $600!!!!! Again- DO NOT use this business as it is shady and a total ripoff. We were given a number to text to get a receipt. Not acceptable. This business is not legit and will take your money for piss poor service. They should not be operating under any circumstance. To have consumers thinking the business is honorable is an injustice. They should lose all business going forward due to their horrible practices.
