I recently had trouble with my 2021 Q60 3.0t AWD transmission slipping. I went to the dealer which quoted me an outrageous amount of money. I decided to check other options and found Gwinnett Performance in Lawrenceville. The vehicle was purchased used and the previous owner had skipped out on transmission services causing the fluid to be burnt causing internal damage. I decided to have transmission replaced and programmed after speaking with Infiniti Master Tech Vince ,the factory replacement transmission was completed in 2 days and the price was substantially less than the dealer & I saved $2k. I also had several other updates (cooling system & AWD fluids) performed and my Q60 is amazing! Ty again for helping me keep my dream car running excellent!

This is my first google review but I was so happy with the results of my repairs I had to write one! Let me first start off by saying Vince by far has been the best mechanic I have dealt with from the initial phone inquiry all the way to the finished product! My 2019 Q50 Red Sport 400 developed turbo issues around 100K miles, not sure what the best solution was for fixing my vehicle, I did my research and came across Gwinnett Performance and read the reviews of other Q50 owners that had turbo issues but had fixed these issues but also upgraded the performance of their vehicles as well. From the initial conversation Vince explained the reasoning behind the failures on these engines/turbos but also offered upgrades to extend the next set of turbos life and also add some serious horsepower and performance to my vehicle. I was blown away by his knowledge and dropped my car off to have the upgrades and turbos installed. The work was completed within the week I dropped my vehicle off and all I can say is my car is a different animal now!! The work they performed on my vehicle truly was top notch and my car is at a whole different level now! Thank you to Vince and his team for the awesome work! I will not be taking my car anywhere else from now on!

Vince and his team went above and beyond with major transmission repairs/maintenance performed on my 2016 Nissan Maxima. My vehicle which has 150K miles recently left me stranded on the side of the highway, I reached out to Vince and was able to get my transmission replaced for a great price. Nissan quoted me close to $7500 for just this repair alone not including any additional fees... Vince was a lot more fair but also informed me of other wear items/maintenance items like my control arms and engine mounts which at 150K miles had never been replaced but were showing wear and would be easy to replace with no additional labor since they had to take out the subframe to make the transmission repairs. When the repairs were being performed Vince sent tons of photos during this process and kept me informed every step of the way and included in my records all the updated programming for my transmission/engine which they performed. My car is riding smooth and my transmission is even smoother. Thanks again for the great repair work!

He's very honest upfront and reasonable, and pricing is a fraction of what you would pay at any dealer.
