Duran Auto Service – Terrible service A complete waste of time and money. They kept my car for almost three days, and I had to constantly call and push them just to do their job. There was no communication and zero professionalism. I paid for a diagnostic, then they said it was “lost” or “deleted.” After days of insisting, all they sent was a photo. That is a total lack of respect for a customer’s time and money. I know they will reply to this review, but excuses do not exist when you are selling a service. I trusted them, and that was a mistake. Do not come here. Do not waste your time. Find an honest mechanic. This is not the first time they have let me down, it’s the second time.
