Wrong diagnosis. Poor quality job. Not recommended. My car made a distinct click sound when it’s slow down or brakes. Bui’s Auto Repair replaced the control arms for $1,000. The click was still there after the replacement. (Wrong diagnosis) They then replaced the engine mounts for $620. The click went away … for about 11 months and $1700 and I am back to square one - the clicking sound came back. (Poor quality work) I don’t think I would come back or recommend this shop to anyone. (They might have apprentice worked on my car. I don’t think they have certified technicians or at least I don’t see certificates on display.) Not cheap labor cost. Plus 3% credit card fee: Invoice: I008485 Date 2-22-2025: $995.03 Control arms - part cost: under $100. Labor: $895. Repair order: J008742 Date 02-22-2025: $618.17 Engine mount set - part cost: $60. Labor: $518. Look at the picture of the top engine mount. It does not look like it was replaced a year ago. I believe I was scammed. I was charged for something that was not done.

Bui’s Auto Repair offers excellent service with honest pricing, plus they apply the Costco 15% discount for Costco auto member. The team is knowledgeable, fast, and trustworthy. They even provide free refreshments like water, Sprite, Coke, coffee, and chips, which is a nice touch while you wait. The only downsides are the waiting room, which is small and congested,. Overall, highly recommended for reliable auto care.
