Would have definitely rated them a 3-4 for being willing to work with me. Thursday, July 31 I stopped by the shop to inquire on what the price would be to mount two 24 inch tires that I had previously removed from my vehicle I was told $80. My reply was I only had 60 so they say they will meet me in the middle at 70 great willingness to work with a customer who was in need thumbs up. the weather Thursday wasn’t that great around 6pm we had storms roll in at this point I’m I standing in the bay as they worked on my truck one individual kept complaining how this wasn’t worth the time or money, which kinda grinded my gears because I told you what I had you could’ve said yes or no, and left it at that. anyways yesterday upon returning home from military maneuvers I realize that my two front rims are scuffed up with tool markings. Not a major deal but to think back to this disgruntled employee working on my wheels, complaining, and obviously showing no regard to my personal property pisses me off. I’m definitely not about to go back-and-forth with you. I just know I paid $70 to have tires installed and they didn’t even attempt to balance them. Let be be clear because you must have me confused with someone else because I left the shop at six. Y’all did not stay late. I showed up there at five and left at six. That was after waiting for two cars So let’s not play no you didn’t mean no big favor outside of saving $10

Came in for a simple rotation and got scratches on my rims. Very Poor service for a simple tire rotation. This is the reason why I hardly don’t take my cars to the shop. No I’m not looking to blame anyone n yes I could’ve rotated myself. The point is no one will care or handle your car except you. No I don’t need to lie about all this. Happy searching

He explained to me how long it would take and confirmed the price. Overall it took about 30min. This was on a Friday around 530pm. This is the third time I’ve come in this year. Always good service always nice. Staff always explain options and pricing.
