Don’t waste your time. We had a super easy trailer fix that needed doing. Dude allegedly spent a few minutes on the phone to our company before telling us he wasn’t going to help us because said company isn’t easy to work with. So, now, after 7000 miles in 10 days, instead of going home to our children, we’re driving BACK down to where we just dropped a load in Atlanta in hopes that this other place will help us because little baby boy doesn’t have the “patience” to work with people. I suspect it was because it wasn’t a high dollar repair that he could take advantage of. 0/10. Go elsewhere.

Over priced. Only interested in running up the bill, not fixing the issue. I took my truck to get a door replaced, they put the door on without even seeing if the door opened and closed correctly. After I showed them it didn't, they didn't care to fix it as they collected my money. Another time I took my truck to find and fix an air leak, they told me I needed a new air compressor, as they collected $2700 from me, they said my brake chamber is bad, and has been bad, they were closing when theysaid this. I made plans to take it back at the end of the week. I had a brake failure going down a mountain the next day, almost died, Paulding said it was my fault, offered no apology. The guy I called to get me off the side of the mountain found the air leak coming from the air line to the trailer and the brake chamber in 5 minutes. He charged me $200 to actually fix the problem, thank God for that mechanic in Tennessee. Paulding Commercial is classless and dangerous, they only care about running the bill up, not your truck or your life. STAY AWAY

Horrible, horrible, waste of time. I took my truck by to get an inspection to come aboard for a company and truck had to get brake issue to pass. However, the shop owner David lied about it’s nothing major to get fixed and he will call to give me a quote. To make a long story short they held truck for 3 days finally tried to hit me for a 5000 dollar bill just for brakes!!. Now that’s stupid!!. Beware they will try to hold your trucks and hit you with a surprise BIG Bill. Drivers stay away from here!!!!!!
