Excellent craftsmanship and customer service from One Twenty Two Collision! I’ve had experiences with other collision repair shops that felt rushed and left me disappointed, but not here. They kept me informed throughout the entire process and restored my car to its original condition. I highly recommend them for any collision repairs.

Connor was very kind and professional from day one, and McKenzie was incredibly sweet and kept me informed with updates on my vehicle every step of the way. What I appreciated most was that they treated me like a valued paying customer, even though the repairs were being covered by the other driver’s insurance company. The customer service, professionalism, and quality of work truly stood out. I highly recommend them to anyone needing repairs done!

View on GoogleI am extremely disappointed with the service I received from this collision center. My vehicle was not properly repaired. The doors did not shut correctly, and several parts appear to be loosely or improperly attached. After being given an estimated completion date, I experienced delay after delay which was very frustrating because I had a rental and I had to keep calling the insurance company to extend it. When I finally got my vehicle back, the quality of the work was far below what I expected from a professional repair shop. It’s clear that attention to detail and quality control were not priorities here. It was so many obvious things wrong, that my vehicle should have never left the shop. I had to request for my car to be taken back and be repaired properly. After a week of having my car, a part fell off in Starbucks parking lot. Because of this entire experience, poor workmanship, and repeated delays. I would never recommend this collision center to anyone.
