If I could make a lower review I would. These people told me they would be here up until 1:30 pm (even though they are supposed to be open until 2:00pm) so I rushed up here from an hour away and made it at 1:20 pm and no one was here and they had the gates locked. Won’t answer phone calls. Horrible customer service. Will never do business with these people again. I think his name have been (Ben)
View on GoogleI called before hand and asked for the part I needed. They called me a hr later letting me know it was ready. Everything was fast and easy. Location is a little hard to find, but you can always ask and call the # at the gate.
View on GoogleI was not impressed today when I called there today and spoke to Philip to request a quote on buying our car. I mentioned to him that I filled out the price quote request form on their website but hadn't heard back on it yet and he told me that they didn't have a website! Thinking maybe I had contacted the wrong place, I verified that they were at 1889 Poplar Springs Road, Hiram and he said they were. But he was not concerned at all about whether they had a website or not. He gave me a price over the phone for our car that was $200 less than the other salvage car lot I had called, so I'm going with the other one. They also seemed much more professional than Myers did.
View on Google10/10 Outstanding Service from Myers Salvage I had an amazing experience with Myers Salvage. When I called in looking for a specific wheel and tire, they were extremely helpful over the phone they found exactly what I needed, gave me clear pricing, and made the whole process quick and easy. I arrived about 20 minutes before closing, picked up my tire, and decided to swap it out in the lot. As the team was heading out for the day, they noticed I was struggling and, without hesitation, two employees came over and helped me get it changed. They didn’t have to they were literally closing but they still stepped in with no problem at all. That level of customer service is rare. Great parts, great people, and genuinely great customer care. Myers Salvage is definitely a 10/10 place. Highly recommend!
