I brought my 1995 Ford Ranger in for diagnostics and was told I had a vacuum leak and needed a vehicle speed sensor replaced. After waiting about five hours, I was informed they would only be able to address one of the issues — the speed sensor. After six hours, they came into the waiting area to tell me they had ordered the wrong part by accident and wouldn’t be able to complete any repairs that day. They still tried to make it right, so they worked on my brake lights that I had out. But ultimately, they weren’t able to even complete that. In total, I was there for seven hours. I watched multiple customers come and go while nothing was ultimately done to my truck. When I left, a new issue appeared that hadn’t existed before. Earlier that day I had put $10 of gas in the tank with no problem, but after the visit the truck suddenly wouldn’t accept even $3 — the pump would immediately shut off and fuel began leaking from the top side of the tank. I came back after closing and looked at the truck with the mechanic, and he insisted nothing they did could have caused it. I’m not accusing anyone, but the timing felt strange since this problem did not exist before the appointment. The new fuel issue caused the truck to stall repeatedly and I eventually needed a tow. The staff was polite, but the experience left me with more problems than I arrived with, and I have to take the truck elsewhere for repairs.

Great customer service, I get all of my tire work done at Mr Tire. The owner is always quick to help and always has a smile on his face. I was leaving for a trip out of state and found a screw in my tire. The owner came out and removed it and said was no damage to the tire. I appreciated the honesty.

View on GoogleIf I could give 0 stars I would. We needed wheel bearing pressed in for us since it uses a special tool. When we picked them up they bent our dust shields TERRIBLY and scuffed up my brand new bearings. I’m very upset. It is a simple task that should not have resulted in this much damage. No apology was offered. I’m extremely disappointed. When I called the damage was pushed off as “unavoidable”. My husband has worked in a Mercedes shop for years and knows what he’s doing. This is from negligence and simply not caring.
