I have been going to Fastlane every since they came to Hiram/Dallas area. Their business is top notch. The facility is clean, the Service Advisor is very knowledgeable about car and truck maintenance. I've been 💯% satisfied every time I go there. Their business is very good. I highly recommend them to everyone. I went there for a (4) wheel alignment and they do a great job. Thanks again Fastlane, until I see you again. Anthony
View on GoogleThis company is the ONLY company I trust with my vehicle’s needs. I used to go to the Fastlane in Woodstock, but started using the one in Hiram because of where I currently live. Professionalism, Quality, and Affordable Pricing is their thing. The process of dropping off my vehicle after hours was very easy and they finished up on my alignment the next morning. The price will keep me coming back. You get great service for the price.

He listened to my concerns without being pushy (I'm a former tech so I have way to many details) and was willing to do whatever to make my truck right. They ended up finding the problem same day and fixed it for a fair price. 100% will be back again.
View on GoogleI always get great service at Fastlane. I have been taking my car to their Smyrna and the Hiram locations for years. The car work is thorough and done in a timely fashion. I trust their automotive knowledge, and I have never had to return a second time for the same issue. To top it all off, the customer service in the reception/waiting area is always professional, kind, and helpful.

After (and still no resolution) going through a mess with BMW themselves and the price of getting all my brakes and rotors done going from $1700 to $2600, I decided to give this place a try finally as they had great reviews and are close to home. Called, explained my situation, they were able to get me in 2 days later (the earliest I was actually able to) and got the work done with no issues for a great price. This place is very honest too which is what made me come here in the first place. I’ve technically came here 1 other time cause I thought I needed an alignment. Brought it in and they looked at it and 15 minutes later they called and said I didn’t actually need one and told me thanks for coming and have a great day. It was that kind of honesty that stood out when they could’ve easily not done anything, said they did, and charged me. Highly recommend. Will be coming here as often as I possibly can (only say possible because I work Monday-Friday so it makes it hard for me to be there during the work week )
