I flew back into ATL and my car wouldn’t start at the ATL Park-in-Ride lot. The jump start boost from Park-Ride assistance was unsuccessful. I talked to Ms. Lorrie who was very helpful. Benefield Auto got my car in same day for a diagnostic and repair (battery failure) very appreciative of the professional, prompt, and trustworthy service. I hope I don’t have another breakdown in the airport parking lot again, but if I do I will go back to Benefield 💯

The lady who answered the phone and was at the front desk was super nice and helpful. She made the experience so easy. I would use them again. I'd send my mom there.

I appreciate there service expertise on working on my car. I would highly recommend them to family and friends.The receptionist Marla and Mrs.Laura was just wonderful ❤️
