I can’t say enough good things about Southern Tire Masters. I brought my 2015 F-150 in for a pretty extensive project that included a suspension upgrade, new wheels and tires, alignment, ball joints, CV axle replacement, brake rotors and pads, tire mounting and balancing, and TPMS sensor swap. From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and honest about what the truck needed. They took the time to answer my questions, explain the work being performed, and helped me make sure everything worked together properly. The truck drives better than it ever has, rides great, tracks straight, and the finished stance and wheel setup came out exactly how I envisioned it. What impressed me most was the value. The pricing was very fair considering the amount of labor and work completed, and there were no surprises along the way. It’s hard to find a shop you can trust with major suspension and front-end work, but these guys absolutely earned my business moving forward. If you’re looking for wheels, tires, suspension upgrades, alignments, or general repair work, I highly recommend Southern Tire Masters. Quality work, fair pricing, and excellent customer service.

Even the car know it's the wrong tire Reply to owner: Using chatgpt to write a AI reply to a review is diabolical. . . 20 years in the game but don't know the difference between the load rating of an ev and regular cart tire. If you don't have it, say you don't have what the customer asks for, it will prevent the negative reviews. All money isn't good money, customer service, and professionalism is what brings more customers, not greed. CANT WAITTO SEE THIS REPLY, READ ONE THAT SAID THEY BEEN IN THE TIRE GAME FOR 20 YEARS. JUST REALIZED THEY MOUNTED IT ON THE RIM BACKWARDS. And then they dipped it in tire shine so it look new. Check the last photo all others was after mounting it on my car at home. You can see it dried off. Make sure you avoid this shop. I called and asked for a tire, was told he had it, went in, and he told me he’d put it in the trunk. I paid, got home, and it wasn't what I asked for. Went back to tell him, and he insisted it was the right tire for my car, which it wasn’t, since I have a Tesla that requires an extra-load tire rated at 101W for thicker walls on an EV. After that, I told him I wasn't going to argue and would just leave a review. He then disrespectfully waved me off, which almost turned into an altercation. My wife had the same issue. She left a review after trying to purchase a used tire, and they quoted her way over $100 just because they saw she was a woman with a luxury car. If a customer asks if you have a product, don’t lie and stuff it in their trunk. And yes, it was a used tire, but how are you putting on a used tire with less tread than my 8-month-old tires and with a damaged wall on a Tesla? Look at the pics – the rubber is worn, and on top of that, he said he was the owner and didn’t care about the review. Stay away from this place and don’t give them a chance like I did. Read the negative reviews. The owner even said I should have bought a new tire and started laughing with his coworker while I was driving away. Can't wait to see the reply explaining that you got what you paid for. Just explain the shape of this tire, which has holes in the rubber. You can see it's worn and not in shape. Don't give them a chance like I did even after my wife experience.

Don't buy used tires here, they are old dry rot, got less than 50 miles before it developed a air bulb. Owner refused to replace without original receipt even though I could show the credit card transaction and date of purchase. 55 dollars when you can a new one in Walmart for 70s.

This place is amazing, when my wife came they educated her and didn’t try to take advantage of her. That’s hard to find and they won’t let you leave with a bad product.
