They are liars and they play with your time. They said have my vehicle there by noon and they would gave it ready same day. I did and they lied. They said it would be ready the next day and no one showed to the shop to work on my vehicle. When I show up the next business day they played as if they needed to see if it was done when they know it was not because they did not want to do it. Instead of saying we can’t or we are busy, they lied and kept my vehicle an entire weekend putting me at an inconvenience when I stressed to them that I needed it back as first promised to get to and from work. So I assure you, DO NOT USE THEM THEY WILL WAIST YOUR TIME

not sure what these others negative reviews are going on about as my experience at this tire shop was absolutely phenomenal! their services were quick and easy, and the customer service was professional and friendly. you can definitely see that these workers try their absolute hardest to get you the best prices and deals, even if you’re in a difficult spot. as a college student, it can be kinda tough to find a place with understanding workers and reasonable prices, but this place was just perfect! would definitely recommend this shop to anyone in the area! 🙏🏻

I had an excellent experience at Twins New and Used Tires and felt it was important to share, especially after reading some of the less favorable reviews. From the moment I walked in, the team acknowledged me right away and made me feel seen. They were attentive, professional, and really took the time to understand what I needed, whether it was something as simple as a tire patch or more complex repair work. They were dependable, explained exactly what needed to be done, and didn’t try to upsell me on unnecessary repairs. You can tell they care about doing the job right the first time. I also want to say that I’ve witnessed how some customers treat these hardworking folks; rude, impatient, and sometimes downright disrespectful. No matter how good the service is, some people will always find something to complain about. But that doesn’t reflect the true quality of this shop or the people working here. This is a solid local business with hardworking people who care about their customers. If you're looking for trustworthy service and skilled hands, I definitely recommend giving them a shot. They’ve earned my trust and business.

They do an amazing work they work with you I recommend anybody to go up there

ONLY COME HERE FOR SIMPLE REPAIRS. Used Tire, Maybe an Oil change. maybe. Everything cheap is not worth spending your money on. Any other work will not be done properly. They were my go to mechanics but I’ve sent 2 people here so far and they have not treated them the same way they treat me. Not really sure why. They didn’t even do my breaks right the second time. I was still going to go back. I have electric breaks. The guy did them right the first time- the back brakes. The next time he did the front breaks he didn’t calibrate the electric breaks like he did the first time. So they are rubbing. Then he told me I should have changed the rotors too, but never said anything about rotors during the initial service. I was going to go back on April 15th to give them an opportunity to do it right. However, they keep treating my mom really badly. She’s literally only going because she trust my judgement on mechanics and so far this one has been wrong. They haven’t even been doing my stuff right. So like I said KEEP it SIMPLE when coming here. Read the other reviews. The good reviews are simple repairs. The bad reviews are more complex repairs.
